If you do not receive your item or consignment?
Most of our customers receive the products in the next 4 days or maybe sooner. All depends on the transport company. It is guaranteed and depends entirely on the Royal Mail. If you do not receive your item (rare situation), please check with your second post, or 20 days after our expedition. When missing, we can start claim 31 days after delivery. If you do not receive the item within 31 days we will give you money back.

For larger deliveries, please contact us for personal quote. We are able to offer all services that provide Air Mail International.
We publish every day from Monday to Friday. Your order will be sent immediately after payment . Checks will require clearing before your order is shipped. Orders paid before 12:00 will be dispatched the same day, all other orders will be delivered the next day. Orders made after 13:00 on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Our standard postage is using First Class Air Mail International (small packages) first class service.

An email with the Tracking Number will be sent when your parcel is dispatched.
A signature will be required on receipt.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
In the event of a Royal Mail strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to avoid delays to your delivery.
In certain circumstances, such as traffic accidents, extreme weather conditions or unforeseen technical problems e.g. postal strikes, we may be unable to fulfil your delivery in accordance with these terms. For such exceptions, we may require additional time and effort to fulfil the delivery. If this occurs, we will make our best efforts to deliver your order as soon as we possibly can, or you may opt to cancel and receive a full refund.
Our delivery promise to you is to do our utmost to ensure that you receive the items you have purchased as soon as possible within the guarantee period. If we are late we will refund you the delivery cost.
